Get Your Dancing Shoes ready, the Rugby Ball is upon us again!!

Invitations are currently being issued to all members.  All replies must be accompanied by the necessary remittance (cheques payable to Burton RFC Ltd), and upon reaching the maximum limit, unfortunately, the reply and money will be returned.  In line with local fire and safety regulations, there is an overall limit of numbers attending functions at the Town Hall, with individual limits on each of the function rooms.  Initially, we aim to hold the event in the Main Hall only, and numbers there are limited to 300. If, however, numbers are such that an additional room can be justified, the procedure outlined below will be followed.

All reservations will be dealt with on a first come, first allocated basis, i.e. first replies in main hall, later replies to ‘dine out’ in the additional room. If, however, anyone has a preference to be seated in the additional room (should this facility be required), they should indicate this on their reply.
Tickets are not issued for this event, and bookings are not confirmed unless accompanied by an S.A.E. 

To assist with table planning and catering requirements, please note the latest reply date of 9th May 2008.

Also, please note that only table wines and spirits (with appropriate mixers) are permitted to be brought to the function, no alco-pops or canned/bottled ales/lagers or similar, please.
