Burton U13’s conceded an early score to Wolverhampton after five minutes and struggled for the remainder of the match to contain the visitors. Two further tries came as Wolverhampton attacked with width and pace.

Despite fine tactical kicking from fly half Sam Tebbs, the Crofters conceded two tries after the interval. The Crofters rallied to score a consolation try following a quickly taken penalty by flanker Will Jay.
