A sneaky run down the wing by Dean Ainger scoring the opener in the first half. A surging run from Prop forward Josh Greenwood breaking several tackles to score Burton's second. A solid scrum in the last minute gave Fly half Thomas benjamin the platform to weave through to score the 3rd try and secure the victory. The 3rd match against Wolves proved to be a tough encounter, Burton soaked up all the wolves presure in the first half until the last 30 seconds when Wolves broke the defence to score. Half time Burton losing 1-0. The second half saw 3 further tries from wolves following poor tackling from Burton.

The 4th match was a much closer encounter against Ampthill. An early try from Ampthill was enough to secure victory but a much improved performance from Burton.

Th final match against Luton was a tough fought battle with Luton running out eventual winners by 3 tries to nil. For the first time in the festival the forwards and backs worked together as a team and the ball set up by the forwards was passed down the line of backs with forward momentum. Dean Ainger put his body on the line twice to deny Luton tries on the try line. Crunching tackles from Tai Fellows and Tim Robinson kept Luton at bay and Hooker Abe furner had two blistering runs peeling off the back of the rucks.
