Burton @ Sutton Coldfield on 16th March 2008

Burton U7s played 3 games against Sutton Coalfield winning them all showing excellent skill and discipline in both attack and defence.

In all 3 games the home side were overwhelmed by the Burton ‘Tag Monsters’. Sutton always finding it difficult to make any forward motion and the constant pressure led to ample mistakes for the Crofters to capitalise on. Tries came from great team play with players having team mates in close support at all times and demonstrating some wonderful inter passing.

This was a quality performance from the whole side and it would be unfair to mention the try scorers alone. Burton should be proud of the following 13 brave soldiers that travelled to Sutton in the cold and wet.
